AI Shift provides educational content, program information, and consultation scheduling for business leaders exploring practical AI adoption. Specific deliverables for paid programs are governed by separate agreements.

You agree to provide accurate information in forms and not to submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content. We may reject or remove submissions that violate these terms or applicable law.

Site content, branding, curricula, and materials are owned by AI Shift or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Content is provided for general information and education. AI Shift does not guarantee specific business outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating tools, compliance requirements, and implementation decisions within your organization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Shift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
